Level 2 Door Supervisor Upskilling (RQF)

In March 2012 the SIA announced its intention to require existing Door Supervisors who had achieved the pre 2010 Door Supervision qualification to undertake additional training in order to renew their license.

The new qualification comprises of the following units:

• Physical Intervention skills for the private security industry
• Safety Awareness for Door Supervisors; Counter Terrorism, First Aid Awareness and dealing with children and young people
